Once Laybuy deducts the refund amount, up until the full value has been equalled, this will then show on your settlement reports.
For example, if you have refunded a customer $50, and your day's sales totalled $200 after commission fees, we will settle $150 into your nominated account as per the normal settlement process, therefore settlements may not always be inline with your transaction report.
These amounts will also be displayed at the bottom of your transaction report, of which you can then conclude that Laybuy has settled the original orders and your settlements will now continue as normal.
