Easy! Our team can get this set up for you really easily.
All we need from you is:
- Your merchant ID
- First and last names of the person you're adding
- The email address of the person you're adding
- The level of access this user account requires. If required, we can restrict a user account from being able to issue refunds, and can hide sensitive information (i.e settlement and transaction reporting) from their merchant dashboard.
Once we have this information, the team will create a new user login, and send a reset password link to the email address you've provided us. This will allow the new user to set themselves an access password, and log in to view.
