If your account has not been activated, it means you either need to finish the sign-up process or more information about you is required, for example, verification of your address.
If you are being informed to download the Laybuy mobile app to finish your account setup, you simply need to download the Laybuy app and follow the steps provided to finish the setup of your account.
If your account states you need to provide a proof of address document, then you can follow the steps provided in the ‘verify your address’ email you received, or alternatively, contact customer support.
Finally, it may be that the application for your account was declined. If this is the case, you will see more information within your account.
