When a payment for an instalment fails, we send you an email to let you know straight away that you have 24 hours to log into this account before a late fee is applied. If this instalment remains unpaid for a further 7 days, another fee will be applied.
To avoid late fees, be sure to log into your account and click Pay Now next to this declined instalment to bring this back up to date 🙂
To ensure you don't get into too much trouble, Laybuy will not allow you to make a new purchase until your declined payments (instalments and late fees), are all paid.
