You will have been charged a late fee (£6 GBP / $10 NZD or AUD) because a scheduled payment has been declined.
When a payment for an instalment fails, we send you an email to let you know straight away that this has failed. The payment will then be attempted again 24 hours later and if this fails, a late fee will be applied. If this instalment remains unpaid for a further 7 days, another fee will be applied.
To avoid late fees, please log into your account and click Pay Now next to this declined instalment to bring this back up to date.
