Processing a refund:
The returns/cancellations process is very straight forward. Please see the steps below, or alternatively, view the video.
1. Your Customer returns the items as normal and the refund is accepted.
2. Access to your Laybuy account is done via: https://www.laybuy.com/merchant#/account
3. You Select the order that needs to be refunded.
4. You then Select the transaction and input the $ amount needing to be returned.
5. This amount is then deducted from the days sales overnight banking payment and passed onto the customer.
I cannot see the refund option on the customer's order?
In some cases, a company may choose to restrict access to options such as refunds. If you are not able to see the option to refund your customer, please contact your head office or systems administrator for further steps on how to process a refund through Laybuy.
