If your card has been lost or stolen, please make sure to contact your Card Issuer or bank as soon as soon as you can to ensure your account is secured.
We also have a new feature that allows you to pause up to 5 orders payments for 2 weeks. Please note that this would need to be done straight away as once your instalments decline the system won't allow you to do this. For more information on this see here
Next, feel free to reach out to us - we can look to defer your payments by a week or two to allow you time to get a new card sorted. If not, our system will still attempt payments as they fall due so it's important that you add a new card to your account and bring any overdue payments up to date as soon as possible.
Please bear in mind that Laybuy can only accepted either a debit or credit card and not any prepaid cards.
