If you have not already done so, you can pause your payments while you return your item. You can do this on your account - just head to the Order and select Report Return - further instructions here.
Returns are subject to the Merchant's returns policy and all products should be returned as usual. You should contact the Merchant that provided you the products to arrange the return and ensure the products are sent back in a saleable condition.

How do refunds work?
When the Merchant receives the products, accepts the return and refunds the amount to Laybuy, you will then receive a notification of this refund and your order will be adjusted immediately.
- If you have upcoming/pending payments, these will be cancelled first
- Any left over amount will then be refunded back to the card that was used to pay

- Any funds will be transferred back to the card that was used to pay

Please note, you will be liable for all payment amounts until Laybuy receives confirmation from the retailer that a return has been accepted and we have received the refunded amount into Laybuy's account.
