Your eCommerce site should be displaying all Laybuy orders accordingly with the payment type Laybuy.
However, if you want to double check on whether or not an order has gone through, we would advise to simply log into your merchant dashboard to find this order.
If this order is displayed here accordingly, we can confirm that this has 100% gone through the Laybuy portal of which will be settled accordingly into your account, whilst the customer makes the repayments back to us.
