I have returned my items, how can I pause my payments while I wait for a refund?

How do refunds work:

When the Merchant receives the products, accepts the return and refunds the amount to Laybuy, you will then receive a notification of this refund and your order will be adjusted immediately.

Partial refunds:

- If you have upcoming/pending payments, these will be canceled first

- Any left over amount will then be refunded back to the card that was used to pay

EG - your original order amount is $120.00

Refund amount is $60

In this case $60 worth of payments have been canceled

Full refunds:

- Any funds will be transferred back to the card that was used to pay

- The bank may take 5-7 business days to process this amount.

Returns are subject to the Merchant's returns policy and all products should be returned as usual. First step is to contact the Merchant that provided you the products to arrange the return and ensure the products are sent back in a saleable condition.

How to Report your return:

App:

• Make sure you have updated your App to the latest version
• Log into your account
• Go to the order (Purchases > Orders)
• Select Payment and refund options
• Choose Report Return

Browser:

• Log into your account
• Go to My Purchases
• Select the Order
• Select Payment and refund options
• Choose Report Return

We'll pause your payments for 3 weeks so you don’t have to pay while the retailer processes your return. Please make sure to return your item/s as soon as possible by following the retailers return instructions.
